This is a large and heavy, 18 size, Elgin pocketwatch, 7 jewels, grade 73, made about 1895. The watch is stem-wind and stem-set. There are blemishes in the back of the case including a large one near the stem that shows in the detail photo. The watch has moderate wear all around, but it is in good working condition.
