This one is a nice 12 size, thin type, Elgin pocket watch, 17 jewels, grade 479, made about 1930. The dial and fancy hands are in unusually good condition for one of this type. A 12 size watch is about 1 3/4 inches across. This one features a 14 K gold filled (white), open-faced case, hinged at the back.
The glass crystal has a few minor, small scratches but is really pretty good too. This watch runs well and would be a nice addition to any collection.
